MY ACCOUNT


No, you do not need to create an account to purchase an item.

However, if you have already created an account, you must identify yourself to place your order otherwise the order cannot be validated.

Yes. Creating an account by choosing a username and a password allows to save items your favorites.

You can also access your shipping information and order history.

Please note that adding an item into to your favorites does not prevent it from being sold.

I WOULD LIKE TO BUY AN ITEM


Select the item of your choice and click on "Add to cart" .

Please note that adding an item to your basket does not prevent it from being sold.

Then go to the cart page and click on "Validate my cart".
Then choose your delivery method, enter your billing and delivery addresses and proceed with the payment by credit card or via Paypal.
The validation of your purchase is then effective when the payment is performed and the item would be sent to your delivery address.

All payment methods used by Circular Clothing Paris are 100% secured. We use two different methods :
1: PayPal
2: Stripe


Please note that, as part of its internal policy, Circular Clothing Paris does not keep on record client’s banking information at any time along the payment process.

The amount of your purchase is debited from your bank account once the order has been validated by CIRCULAR CLOTHING PARIS.
All the items for sale on our website are second-hand items deposited or purchased by Circular Clothing Paris. They are stored at the Atelier located in Paris.
The items have been sourced and certified by us.
We select only the best items, guaranteeing authenticity and good condition.

If you would like to know more about the size, condition or get additional pictures, you can send us a message directly via the "CONTACT US" form on the product page.
You can also write directly to us at the following address mail : serviceclient@circularclothingparis.com. Don't forget to mention the reference of the item you need more information on.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to try on products before purchase.
If you are unhappy, you have 14 days to return the product to us using the following address mail: retour@circularclothingparis.com

Items can be returned to us within a 14 days’ delay, so don’t lose hope!

We use Colissimo and Mondial Relay for all deliveries.
The cost of delivery may vary depending on the weight of the package, its destination and the delivery method chosen.
The exact cost of shipping will be communicated to you at the time of payment.

- Delivery in France
Delivery in FRANCE at relay point are FREE for all orders over 250€.
Furthermore, note that deliveries at home will costs (via Colissimo) 6,90€ with signature and 7,90€ whilst at a relay point 5,50€ with Colissimo and 4,90€ with Mondial Relay

- Delivery in Europe (excludingFrance)
Delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay (home or at a relay point) will range between 5€ and 17€ depending on the country

- Delivery in USA 
Delivery via Colissimo (home with signature) 

If you have a special request, please contact us at serviceclient@circularclothingparis.com. Depending on your country's customs formalities, customs clearance fees may be charged by your carrier at the time of delivery of your package. To find out more, please contact the customs authorities in your country.

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order in a store if the seller has a store, it is even recommended for the planet! You just have to select "Pick up the product in store" when you choose the delivery method from the product page and your cart. The order is usually ready within 2 to 4 days. You will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up. Don't forget to bring your confirmation email when you pick up your order.
Expedition of the order lies usually between 1 and 3 working days. The actual delivery of the product will however ultimately depend on your delivery address:

-between 2 and 5 working days in France after expedition of the order and,
-between 4 and 9 working days in Europe (excluding France) after expedition of the order

Here are some examples of delivery times by country: Germany 3 to 5 working days / Belgium 3 to 4 working days / Spain 3 to 7 working days / Italy 3 to 5 working days / UK 4 to 5 working days / Switzerland 3 to 4 working days
Once the order has been dispatched, within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to follow the delivery of the item.

Only if the item has not yet been sent. Please send us asap an email to serviceclient@circularclothingparis.com and we will act swiftly to amend your delivery request.

Orders placed outside the European Union are usually subject to customs duties, or import taxes and fees.

To find out the exact amount of these customs charges before purchase, we suggest that you contact the customs authorities in your country. These customs fees correspond to a percentage of the value of the imported goods.
Once your order has arrived at its destination, the customs authorities in your country may contact you directly for the payment of these customs fees. In this case, you are responsible for paying these charges.

The package will be returned to us. Once received in our workshop, our customer service will contact you and proceed with the refund of your order.

For the United Kingdom :
Since BREXIT, all imports from the EU into the UK are subject to taxes.
The import of second hand goods is no exception and is subject to import VAT if the value of the items exceeds £135.00.
The calculation of import VAT is based on the value of the item, as well as the shipping and handling charges.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS which will enable to track and locate your purchase. Simply click on the tracking number to access the carrier's package tracking page.

Yes! Just email us before the return date at retour@circularclothingparis.com and mention:
- last name, first name, order number
- the reason for the return

A prepaid label will be sent to you by email.

Put the product(s) back in the original packaging, fill in the return form, stick the return label on the original packaging, and drop it off following the instructions on the form.

The European countries concerned by the return service by prepaid label (Colissimo or Mondial Relay depending on the delivery method chosen when you ordered) are: Metropolitan France (incl. Corsica), Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Malta, Romania, DOM TOM (only Guadeloupe, Saint Martin Saint Barthelemy, Martinique, Reunion Island, Guyana, Mayotte, Saint Pierre et Miquelon)

The European countries not concerned by the return service by prepaid label are : Denmark, Latvia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, DOM TOM (only New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis & Futuna Islands, French Southern and Antarctic Territories). For this list of countries, the management and the expenses of return are the exclusive responsibility of the Buyer and vary according to the country. The return is made at the risk of the Buyer via the carrier of his choice. It is advisable to write to us at retour@circularclothingparis.com to know the procedure and to obtain the return form to be filled and inserted in the parcel.

Any request for return after the deadline of 14 days after receipt of the order will not be accepted.

Once the item(s) have been received at Circular Clothing Paris, after verification, the refund of the total price of the item(s) will be made through the same payment method as the one used for the initial purchase, minus the shipping and return costs, within a maximum of 14 days following the reception of the package.

You will then receive an email notification of the refund, indicating that it has been validated with our payment intermediary Stripe or PayPal (depending on the payment method chosen when you placed your order).

The transfer will be effective on your bank account a few days after receiving this email.

The return costs are identical to the shipping costs paid for the delivery of the order. The carrier will be identical to the delivery method chosen when you placed your order (Colissimo or Mondial Relay).
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refunded order.
However, they may fluctuate for orders delivered to European countries not covered by the prepaid label.

Exchanges are not possible because each item is unique.

Despite of quality control, if your item presents a default that is not mentionned in its description, do not hesitate to send us photos by e-mail on serviceclient@circularclothingparis.com.
